Yoo's Commissions
Terms of Service:
- All payments will be made through Paypal, USD. I do not compensate for international fees.
- Canadians may opt to use E-transfer as an alternative method.
- Money must be transferred within 48 hours after contact, or I will cancel the commission.
- I have the right to decline a commission.
- Refunds are only available if I find that I cannot finish the commission after a span of 6 months.
- Commissions can take from approximately 1 week to 12 weeks. If you need it by a certain time, I may add certain costs (Please keep in mind that I am a student, and cannot take on any unreasonable due dates.).
- All VTuber commissions to be posted to the public will count as commerical work*.

✔ game/anime/manga characters
✔ gore (as long as it's not too extreme)

✘ nsfw
✘ complicated mecha
✘ genshin characters
✘ realistic portraits
Permissions:
➜ Commissions are for noncommercial use only.
➜ The client is not allowed to edit, distribute, make merchandise, or use the commission for any type of advertising without my explicit permission.
➜ Do not claim the commission as your own drawing.
➜ Unless specially requested by the client, I have the right to post the commission on any social media platform.
➜ The client may post the commission on any platform (provided that it is not restricted) as long as they credit me (@yoohkei on Instagram/Twitter/Toyhouse)
➜ Nothing made by @yoohkei may be used in any blockchain related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. I do not allow my art to be used to AI learning ot AI generation.
Ordering Process:
1. Once you fill out the order form, I'll contact you to confirm your order. If your Twitter DMs are closed, I'll use your email.
2. Upon confirmation, I'll send an invoice.
3. After receiving payment, I'll start working on the commission.
4. I'll send the finished high res png file to the provided email.
*For commercial work, please email me directly at yoohkeiart@gmail.com. I will not be taking commerical orders through the regular form.
